A F U N seated alternative fitness class great for cardio, building bone mass, upper body strength, core and leg strength, flexibility and easy on the joints.  Class is designed for participation with or without weights (2 1 lb weights).  Amazing music and infectious vibes.

A F U N and energizing class designed to improve balance, flexibility and posture while reducing stress and enhancing joint mobility.  You will enjoy light cardio and memory-boosting exercises, all set to upbeat music, feel-good music!
